New report on universal design and inclusive Citiverse development
Based on user research with families of children with disabilities, the report identifies
structural barriers to participation in city and event environments and outlines how open,
interoperable and scalable digital solutions can strengthen inclusiveness across urban contexts.
Published by our project partner Our Normal Association, the report positions universal design as a
